Program Details for Aspiring Student Athletes

The ADMISSIONS COUNSELING PROGRAM is designed as an entry level engagement starting in the student's 9th, 10th, or 11th grade year. The goal of starting the counseling process early is to better position the student  for their senior year. There is an annual fee for this program.

There will be one-on-one consultations, curriculum planning, extracurricular consulting, summer activities strategies, introduction to the college admissions process, and introduction to the technology platform that will be used extensively in 11th and 12th grades.

The APPLICATION COUNSELING PROGRAM is for rising seniors and begins in the summer prior to a student's senior year. The goal is to finalize a college list early, organize and strategize the essay writing process, finalize activities list, and develop an early application strategy.

We will help develop an application narrative that accurately tells the student's story. The fee for this program is unique and designed to reflect the a particular student's college list. It is an al a carte menu combined of a base fee that includes the personal essay, resume, and activities list and a college list fee that is a variable fee. There are also packages for Apply Texas and the University of California application.

The STUDENT ATHLETE PROGRAM is an additional add-on offering designed for athletes aspiring to continue a varsity sport in college. A one-time flat fee is due upon enrollment.

If a student adds the STUDENT ATHLETE PROGRAM, we will integrate the athletic recruiting process into their overall college admissions plan. From assisting in creating highlight films and resumes to having an organized communication plan with coaches, this package is designed to put the student athlete in front of the right decision-makers at the right time.

We will help identify summer camps and recruiting opportunities that are inline with the academic plan we develop.
